I get to witness the most wonderful transformations from Women arriving feeling burnout, broken, knackered of the pressure, the rat race and mostly at a time in their life where they want to Reclaim their Essence gain direction, dissolve the disharmony from withIN understand the traumas and triggers, connected to it to reclaim their health to move and flow into Coherence.

This was my lovely week spent with Jo! I could not have asked for anything better.

There are no words to describe how amazing the 1:1 session's were....every one of the 6 sessions felt

unique to me, no script, no plan just flowing from energy, it felt incredibly special.

I have just returned from another fantastic week at Alchemy Rooms Side.

The hotel is beautiful and 1 minute from the town beach. Breakfast is the best in Turkey!

I had seven 1:1 sessions with Jo which were transformational. Jo's sessions are not scripted or planned in advance.

Jo goes with the energy you bring to the room and every session is unique and absolutely magical.

Jo often uses sound bowls during final savasana which leaves you bathed in wonderful vibrations and totally relaxed.
